How We Handle your DEWA Activation with EJARI


Setting up your utility connection required a valid Ejari Certificate, heres our process for managed properties - followed by the process for general Ejari Registration in Dubai:

  • Step 1: After we have all pertinet documents we register the Ejari for our tenants for a fee of 300/- AED
  • Step 2: After the Ejari certificate is created a unique link is sent to the tenants registered email address (found on the Ejari Certificate) to pay the deposit to activate DEWA.
  • Step 3: Tenant clicks on their unique link, pays the 2,000/- AED deposit and a one-time 130/- AED activation fee.
  • Voila! - Services will be connected within 24 hours of the payment.

DEWA Activation with Ejari for non-managed properties:

  • Step 1: Collect documents and proceed to either the REST App or a Ejari Typing Center in Dubai
  • Step 2: Submit and verify all documents.
  • Step 3: Make the payment if all documents check out.

  • Step 5: Once your account is registered pay the 2,000/- AED deposit and a one-time 130/- AED activation fee. 
  • Step 6: Services will be connected within 24 hours, you can reach out to DEWA to follow up.
